On the way to baseball practice, I was in Dad's car. I brought a soda so I could drink it after practice. Unexpectedly, Mom picked me up instead, so I failed to drink the soda.

Baseball practice was supposed to end at 7:30, but it dragged onto 8:00.

Homework today had me grinding until 9:40 PM.
